      They lose your check - or put it in another company's account and you have to prove it is your lot. When you asked what happened - the answer is "a glitch". Really, that is their reasoning. Out of 60 lbs of product, only 8.5 ounces was good - BE WARY of doing business here. They don't seem to care how they treat people. Each time took almost an hour to turn product in. There are other company's in Dallas doing the same service - I hope they are better.
