      We are very puzzled by your review as there is no person with your name listed on our system. Furthermore, your claims are confusing as well given that 95% of all support calls are answered in under 2 minutes. Lastly, in regards to up-time we consistently maintain our SLA promise of 99.99% uptime.

      Terrible service. Phone lines...

      Terrible service. Phone lines down half the time, and can't reach support when I need them. All I get is a voicemail box.
