Do not do Business with Imperial Glass. I chose this vendor because they could install my shower glass before Christmas. In reality, there was one excuse after another ? glass has not come in yet, holes were drilled in the wrong place, glass will come in Thursday, etc, etc. Indifference toward the customer come from the top down. The owner of the company, William Patino, took no responsibility for the delays or poor service. He forced his employees to relay every delay and broken commitment. The glass is now installed and looks beautiful but Imperial Glass is unprofessional and does not keep their commitments.
