Hello my name is Charles. On 4/21/2020. I came out my home and noticed that my neighbor and my vehicle window had been shot by a bb gun. My first concern was how was I going to pay $300 + to reply the back tinted window for a Lincoln truck. Calling and trying to find a reasonable price window shop that wouldn't break me during this Coronavirus era. I turned to see my neighbor with a look of neighborly concern, wondering what happened. He told us he would make some calls and to us he worked for Lava Auto glass and offered to fix out windows. This was around 6:30 pm, he returned back to us around 7:15 pm with the equipment and windows for our vehicles and had both vehicles completely done before 9 pm last night. This was amazing, him being their as a concerned , while representing his company professionally, and delivering great service. You had not doubt of how well he knew his job duties and how to make sure his customers are left greatly satisfied with a proft, customer oriented, and usable product. I am very satisfied and thankful for the great service that Lava Auto Glass provided me. I will recommend there work and professional service to anyone.

Professional staff, fast and dependable, totally recommended. They did a great job on my Nissan Altima windshield, no scratches and no leaking. The best part was the price of service that was pretty decent and fair.
