I took my vehicle recently to this Meineke Car Care Center for front brake service. In hindsight, this was a big mistake. In my opinion, the repair job was performed poorly and I now have problems with my brakes and rotors that I didn't have prior to bringing the car in for service. I have returned several times to try and get the problems resolved but they seem unable or unwilling to do it. In my opinion, the repair work they perform as well their customer service are extremely poor. I have been left with an expensive problem that I will have to pay more money out of my procket to get fixed by someone else. In my opinion, I would stay away from this Meineke location. It's not worth the time, trouble and expense it might lead to as it has with me.
