Greeted by a very sweet older lady. She is the nicest lady and can really move as nd get around. Always cheerful even when there are lines out the door! The food is great! Should really be classified as as a diner given all of the homestyle meals! I prefer the onion rings or the tater tots myself the fries need to be crispier and more seasoned and do not hold up well if taken to go. There used to be a fast and friendly girl working the window a few years back and it would be great if she came back! She always for my order right and it seems as though the food came out faster. She was loud but she seemed to take charge and I like that. I think she was the supervisor anyhow this place is definitely a great place to eat and you can always expect as great Burger at or around the same price as a chain place but this place is homecooked!

The best burger I've ever eaten! The hole in the wall location had a steady line of professionals, blue collar workers and couples the whole time I was there. The set older woman at the register kept up with the orders and was pleasant and efficient. The best thing was the perfectly charred beefy burger, with juiciness on the inside, toasted bun your choice of cheese, and fresh toppings. The fresh cut fries were amazing.The only complaint is the limited hours they are open. I would go twice a week if I could.

Have frequented this diner several times, food is always fast & good; well not today...not sure if the lady at the front taking orders was having a bad day or what but her attitude was very unprofessional & inappropriate. We placed our order and over 20 minutes later and several orders come & gone we asked about our order, guess they lost it, so she gives our money back w/attitude & she only apologizes to one of us not both plus she charged us for the tea...REALLY....the tea should have been free considering the circumstances. So at 10 minutes to 1pm we are scrambling to Burrito Jimmy's next door and were treated much better and the food was awesome! Wont be back to Pappy's! I am giving a 1 star only because I have too!

Food is great!! Help is not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Went in for lunch and they lost our order. Went to request to take to go and they hadn't even started them. The older lady there was rude and never was apologetic to me....she apologized to my friend who was with me because she was white. I am hispanic but she never apologized to me or would look at me after we asked for a refund!!! I dont care how good this place is I will never go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She even charged us for our drinks most places would of said don't worry about!!!!!
