Disrespectful staff. They provide inaccurate information, I have never been so disrespected.

bad attitudes from female employees. Much like the review below me, i would recommend finding another company for any monitoring service. This place refuses to get the correct information into their system and will get you in trouble for not cooperating with your probation. Bunch of criminals who only want to take your money and then treat your like crap!



My advice is stay out of trouble! but if you make a mistake (like most of us have), avoid this place!

Recovery Healthcare is a horrible establishment. I was court ordered to get their SCRAM after my second DWI. The company not only refused to cooperate with the Judge, but got me in more trouble than I was originally in! This place is poison and you are way better off taking your business elsewhere. I am a lawyer and have never been screwed this hard before. Hope this helps

Recovery heath care is filled with people that really cares about helping people that is recovery. I love this place!

Problems with their devices and unknowledgable staff leading to problems not getting resolved. They just want your money.
