0Food was great and the service was pretty good. The menu has something for everyone, from the new sushi eater to the veteran sushi eater willing to try anything!
Both times I've eaten at the location on N. Dallas Parkwy, service was extemely slow. The worst part was that the sushi did not taste fresh, and I felt poorly after eating the food!
The sushi at Blue Fish is always fresh and the service is always prompt. One of my favorites!
Good, fresh sushi. Plus, a hibachi grill and great people watching.
This is truly a great sushi restaurant. There sushi is fresh and always prepared well. They also have a hibachi grill for those who are not interested in sushi. Their menu offers a lot of different Japanese favorites. The atmosphere offers the diner a relaxing and sleek enviroment to enjoy their meal in.

The sushi restaurants at that time in Dallas were what you would consider to be your typical Japanese restaurants - small, minimal d cor, with traditional Japanese background music. With the success of its first restaurant on lower Greenville Avenue in Dallas, a second, third and fourth The Blue Fish opened in 2000, 2003 and 2009, respectively in Dallas metroplex area.
