honestly, I go here almost every weekend, and I've never had a bad experience. the food, and service is always great.

Upon arrival, we were sat at a dirty table so I immediately had to ask for a rag to clean the table. There were water marks and there was a sticky substance on the table. The hostess came back to wipe off the table but missed the actual food pieces still on the table! I chose the salad bar as a 'side' but should have checked it out before chosing. There were different toppings mixed in with the cheese. The salad bar had obviously not been maintained. I also had to get my own set of silverware by the hostess' station. My husband's food arrived missing a side and he also had no silverware. Our service from the hostess and waitress was not very good at all. Our overall experience was not good to say the least. Having been driving for about 8 hours on the road, we were trusting that eating at such a high chain restaurant would have brought a better experience. It was extremely disappointing and we definitely will not come to this location again!
