I never write reviews, but im so happy to have done business with this company. I did a lot of research on the truck I wanted and this dealership had a lot to pick from. My sales guy was professional and informative. Will be sending my friends and family to Detour Cars.

Just bought my second vehicle from Detour. I handed DONALD a list of impossible expectations just on a whim to see if i had a shot of getting into a dream truck. You guys never cease to amaze me. Not only was he able to trade in my upside down vehicle loan, they got my APR % lowered by 4 points, and into a Sliverado. I had zero credit when i bought my first car from Detour, and because they gave me a chance when no one else would, i have been able to build my credit because of that chance. I have to say my experience at Detour Cars, LLC was really terrific. I worked with Joe and they finance guys and they were awesome. They really worked within my budget and with my poor credit, which I really appreciated. I did not feel judged or scrutinized in any way. I was able to trade in my old vehicle and drove away a really beautiful Mazda 6, which has been wonderful to drive so far. Joe was very up front, a straight shooter and I appreciated his candor and easy going nature. I will most definitely be returning to Detour Cars for my next used vehicle. They have no hidden agenda or fees and I really can't say enough about their great customer service!

Men of their word. I had an incredible experience at Detour Cars. From the moment I spoke with Joe on the phone, to the hard work of the guys in the finance office, to the moment I drove off in my like-new Honda, it was grade A service from start to finish. I had very little credit history, and could not find a dealership or a bank to give me a loan. After a few minutes at Detour, I had a fantastic interest rate and a fantastic ride! Really a great establishment and really great people. I would do business with Detour again-no doubt about it.

I came across this site thru Craigslist in search for a vehicle. What caught my attention was that it said "100% Guaranteed credit approval". I was approved despite my low credit score. In my honest opinion, Detour Cars is the best car dealership I have been to. Their no hassle environment made me feel comfortable in doing business with them. Since it was my first time financing I was skeptical about getting approved for a loan but my sales person Joe S. did an excellent job and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Though I didn't get approved for the car I initially wanted he made sure I got something with close similarities. I went in with skepticism, received great service, and left with a beautiful car. If you have less then perfect credit but still need to get a car this is the place to go. I'm pretty sure even if I had good credit I would still come here! Bill helped me get a new car. His customer service skills are superb he is very straight forward and clear on everything. No one there was pushy or rude. They were all very professional and were super nice. I was in the market for a clean used car for my oldest son, something that would get him safely through four years of college, with a bit of style. I swung into Detour Cars and was met by Bill, the sales rep. Bill didn't try to "sell" me anything, he presented a few vehicles and let me drive whatever a chose. After I made my selection we handled the ppw and were on our way; the in house registry service was huge! I have four other children and intend on visiting Bill many times in the future.

I came to this magnificent place with my brother for him to purchase a car. He ended up buying a Mazda 3. This car is perfect, great condition, decent miles, wonderful condition, and even better price! However the main thing that makes me want to... no need to write this review was the phenomenal service here. I was very pleased with Detour Cars in Danvers, MA. All the employees were very nice and approachable. They were not your typical sketchy car salesmen. Buying a car there was not pushed upon you. The car I got is in very good condition with a great price. I highly recommend going to Detour Cars if you are looking for a car.

We purchased our GMC Yukon from Detour Cars one month ago. Our salesman, Bill, was very professional and nice to deal with. We have been searching for an affordable 4WD SUV for sometime. We found Detour Cars through the AAA autosearch website. The SUV was clean and just as the dealer described it. The service department checked out the vehicle and they offered us the chance to have our own mechanic check it over before we purchased it. Our mechanic told us what to look for and we decided to purchase. We then had our mechanic check it out. He said the vehicle was very clean and well maintained. I agree with Beth C's review, that this dealer has a great selection, great prices and no pressure. In addition, we were originally planning to pay cash but were pleasantly surprised to get a great financing offer - much better than any we had seen for a used car! We both LOVE our new vehicle!
