This has to be the nicest carpet store I've ever been to.

They are professionals. They fixed a floor that was botched by a (home center). We got a floor installed by a (home cneter). It was a botched job with no one taking responsibility. The home center was blaming the contractor (that THEY provided) and the contractor was blaming the quality of the floor. We actually had to have a lawyer write a letter so we could get a refund. Then Pelletier Rug came in, and they knew EXACTLY what the problem was. They replaced the floor, and now our home looks beautiful. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Never, I repeat, never go to the place with orange smocks again.

Best selection. We went to a bunch of other carpet places, but Pelletier had a much better selection of carpet we actually wanted. Everyone else had carpet that seemed cheesy. And I don't trust a home center to install it.

We have been going to Pelletier Rug for years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We just got an inexpensive (but nice!) carpet remnant from them. It was 100% wool and a great, great price. Last year they were running a special to redo a bathroom in tile for just $999. They did everything, including removing and replacing the toilet, and our bathroom looks great.

Best place for ceramic tile, by far. Everywhere else we went would sell us just tile, and then give us a bunch of names of tile installers. We had to buy our own tile, then figure out which person on the list of installers would do a good job, negotiate the price for the installer, who told us we had to also get a plumber since he didn't do that. Then we went to Pelletier Rug and they have their own installers, plumbers, and everything. MUCH better than those places I won't mention.

Their showroom is beautiful! It's just a joy to go there instead of a warehouse. They measured at no charge, which not everyone does. And the installers showed up on the day I was told. And bottom line: The carpet is absolutely beautiful!
