I recently used D&M for transport for a school field trip. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and courteous, and accommodated us when we changed our destination at the last minute. The bus was on time, clean, and our driver was very polite and patient with our group of school children. Overall, a great experience!

Their drivers are very unprofessional and can't drive. I observed one of their drivers driving wrecklessly down the interstate. They were all over the road and ran a tractor trailer off the road. They were speeding the whole time this was going on. Plus they were disobeying quite a few other traffic laws. I wouldn't ever put my life or anyone else's life in the hands of this company. You would have to have a death wish to board on of their buses.

The upkeep of their equipment seems to be extremely unsatisfactory and lacking in many areas.

All in all if you were to use D&M bus line there would be a very good chance that you wouldn't make it to your destination due to equipment failure or serious injury or death.

Buses are usually clean. Friendly courteous drivers who doesn't hesitate to load passengers luggage especially women.

Had a couple bad experiences with air condition breakdowns , but after dealing with them for 19 yrs.I am still with them
