I have been going to Close counseling for a few years on and off and I always leave satisfied, clarified. When I need an emotional tune-up I go and it helps me so much. This is part of self-care. I am a therapist myself and I need help and tools but mostly a chance to vent so I don't burn out. We all need help once in a while and there is a lot of taboo about counseling. Some people think that if you go to counseling is because you are a mess but not necessarily, we all should go from time to time. Close counseling is awesome!!!!
