Customer service and overall employee helpfulness used to be great. Once Howard left, the place has taken a turn for the worse. It doesn't appear the employees or their systems even have an accurate record of their inventory. I've gotten the wrong part pulled several times now and trying to obtain a refund is impossible. I will NOT be back.

I will be back for more parts great service thank you very much.

Same day towing, courteous, helpful, fair price. Of course, I'd have liked a little more $$$ for my old car, but I understand they need room for profit! Overall very pleased.
