Wonderful . Very helpful in getting my pool cleared up. We had great customer service. I could not be more pleased.

Look elsewhere. This place sold me a pool heater that lasted only one year and wouldnt repair it and the same year sold me a pool that lasted only seven years. They are nice when you first get there but once someone is wrong they don't return phone calls and become nasty.

Always helpful to DIY pool customers! Take in a sample and test your pool water - they will make suggestions for pool treatments.

Horrible customer service. You buy something and have a problem with it and they don;t pick up the phone or get back to you. I spent a lot of money at their store and had to replace most of it because of the lack of quality and no help from them. GO LOOK ELSEWARE!

The other negative reviews are too nice in my opinion ...If I could give them 1/10 of a Star ..they'd be lucky to get that . AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS ..Absolutley the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED ..and in this economy , that is not good business. They seem to screen their phone calls OR just never pick up . They will install new equipement, but they provide very little information about how to operate or maintain it. If you have any problems .,they seem to disappear off the face of the earth and then it's too late ..damage done and you spent a lot of time and money...and you aren't even swimming ! I cannot belive they have survived for 17 years .

Horrible customer service. Never call you back. Don't show up when scheduled. I wouldn't even do business with them accept that they installed the pump that is now not working.
