This was my first experience with MacFarlane, and their techs certainly left a positive impression on their first visit.My HVAC system serves a large house and can be quite confusing to any service technician on the first visit, but Wayne and Tom took their time in familiarizing themselves with all the ducting, piping, valves and labels. One of the joys of hanging around them while they service your system is the fact that they think aloud, allowing you to understand what is being done as they reach out for their toolbox. They never rushed their work (a very common thing with heat service companies) and they actually ask if you have any questions or concerns about your system before they leave. I'm proud to be supporting a local company that retains well-experienced, hard working staff.
