I had never used 800GOTJUNK services before but I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received today. I was informed when I scheduled my service that I would receive a call from the driver about 30 minutes prior to arriving which I did. Cameron, was thorough with explaining what to expect with the service today. As I was not at the resident he called me several times to let me know when he had arrived and to give me a reasonable quote for removing my "junk". He was professional and courteous on the phone at all times. I would highly recommend them using their services. I was a Happy Customer today. Great Job, Cameron and Harry!
