Why doesn't Tractor Supply support our community of First Responders or Nurses?
I asked for a 5% discount at the Tractor Supply in Deland and was told "NO" and dismissed like I was a bother.

Reading these other reviews I'm really surprised to see negative ratings.
I love to go there and buy my dog food and other neat things. The staff seems very knowledgeable. I've had only great experiences.

I have even tried repeatedly to give a rating for this store and the website doesn't even work properly see where there's plenty of places to spend your money this place is terrible. Please fix this problem I would love to see it be successful so I have same place to shop again

I love shopping at Tractor Supply. They always have new fun items to look at. I make a trip once a month from Daytona to purchase food for our chickens, dogs, and cat. I have never had a problem with customer service and they are always more than happy to assist me when needed. I also appreciate how neat and organized the store is as opposed to some of the filthy feed stores closer to home.

This has to be the WORST and I MEAN THE ABSOLUTE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY LIFE!

Friday may 24th, I drove from New Smyrna beach,FL to the Deland Tractor Supply store,around 11am-12, I entered the store for some fence,Garden supplies,200$$Gate,And some others merchandise.

The STAFF WAS HORRIBLE VERY Un-professional AND RUDE very rude! Outside with the fence and gates,I walked out with my boyfriend as, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE EVER asked if i needed help finding anything while outside 2 Raccoon's ran across the front of me SO CLOSE I COULD HAVE KICKED THEM.We looked with caution and quickly found the fence and gate we were looking for and got the heck out of their it smelt of rotting dead animals.Back in the store not a employee was around so we proceed to the one only employee we could sen the whole hour while in the store and outside.Who was the ONLY cashier who paged for help for us at the service DESK after waiting 10 minutes for some one at the service desk we went on a hunt to find some one to help us.Only to find a disgruntled employee ,women wearing a blue shirt un-marked and NO NAME TAG.After telling her which products we were interested,needing help for she replied very rude and with attitude to go to the front cashier and she would have our products by the time we got their.So I proceeded to the check out,where their was only one cashier still.This man was very inappropriate with his odd comments one of them being, "5 lighters a day keeps me alive".He was VERY ODD,creepy,sweaty,jittery and seemed to be on drugs??It took him about 30 minutes or LONGER to check out ONLY 4 customers out in front of us and badgering people to buy lighter.After waiting 30 minutes or longer to get to this odd seemed to be on drugs cashier our products were not brought up to the cashier yet, nor did anyone tell the cashier what the product numbers even where.So he paged this SAME un-marked ANGRY women employee. She came up to the register VERY SOUR,SNAPPY,UN-professional,UN-friendly,She acted as if she had never talked to us AT ALL 30 minutes prior and told the cashier very snippy,angry ""She had no idea what we were talking about". "I had never seen them in my LIFE." "I HAVE NO TIME FOR THIS"that she had no time to get MY PRODUCTS,that I was TRYING TO BUY That I needed help getting to the check out desk???she also went on to say ""they only had 4 people working today""And then she walked off leaving us at the register helpless and in shock with no merchandise! She was very snippy with me and my boyfriend the whole time.I was in total shock and WALKED OUT as, I guess my money was not green enough for them and they had no time?The two employees SEEMED TO BE ON DRUGS! I WILL NEVER EVER WALK BACK INTO A TRACTOR SUPPLY STORE!Save your self some time and hassle and comfort steer Clear real clear!!! of this horrible store!!I also notice the tractor supply store online has no way other than to try and all them to make a complaint really shows how much they care.
