I was very pleased with the presentation arrangement that I ordered from Crystal Rose Florist for my niece's dance recital. It was a last minute request but Kat and Judy did a superb job. None of the other children at the recital received anything that compared to the beautiful arrangement from Crystal Rose. Thank you so much! We will be back. Keep up the great work!

I called to order Valentine's Day flowers two days before the holiday. The self-admitted, completely untrained person helping out by answering the phone made a very poor impression. When I asked for a pink version rather than white of a common flower, they made me feel like that was a stupid request...then backtracked and said they would...and then delivered the arrangement with white instead of pink...as if I wouldn't find out. I WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST AGAIN!

My first impression was of dying flowers and plants with wilted leaves. No one was at the desk, and it took several minutes before I got a curt "what do you want" from the back. I just wanted to leave,.....and did.

Unfortunately we placed Judy in an awkward position, however. Judy handled the situation like a Pro and for that I am very grateful. She is an angel!



I placed an order with Judy and while I was not able to physically see the arrangement, she took the time to describe it to me over the phone. It sounded absolutely gorgeous and we hope the flowers will bring a small amount of joy to the Hospice Center.
