We contacted this company because our dishwasher was not draining and the technician who diagnosed the problem as needing the drain pump replaced- he quoted us $395 for the repair- so I asked him how long the repair would take- he said "less than an hour" and I looked up the part online which I found for $35. I asked him how he came up with a $395 quote for replacing a $35 part in less than an hour- he said "I looked in my book that tells me what the average national cost for this repair is." he was obviously not looking an the price for the repair he diagnosed- We told him thanks but we would get another opinion and he still charged us $75 for "diagnosing the problem" very unprofessional company
