I had to return my Tempurpedic because it ran hot for me and woke me up every night.. Jonathan took it back no questions asked and helped me find the right mattress for a long time. the location is fabulous and the variety of mattresses to try out are fabulous. He did tests with me and we figured out which mattress will work best. He was educated, helpful, and the store was low key. He even helped me find a pillow!!!
