Provided by DexKnowsMy wife and I went to visit this preschool a few days ago. After our visit I had the strong feeling that this was not a safe place for my kids. You may ask why?First. The building is very old and smells of sewage. Second. We received a warm welcome by the lady on the front desk although I could hear a female teacher yelling orders to the kids from the room next to me. Third: Three rooms looked overcrowded.Fourth. If teachers are allowed to shave their heads, dress in black and wear piercings. I wonder what would they teach to my kids.

Provided by DexKnowsThe private kindergarten program at Iliff Preschool is probably the best I've seen in the metro area! To start with, the classroom is capped at 15 students. Compare this with kindergarten classes in public schools! It is obvious that Miss Mary, my daughterâs teacher has a love for what she does. She is experienced, patient, kind, caring, and understanding. She promotes active learning in a play based, child centered classroom. She is always there to assist us with our child's learning and includes us in the many enrichment field trips. My husband and I feel that our daughter could not have received a better introduction to her formal education.

Provided by DexKnowsWhen a parent has the difficult task of finding people and a place that will share in creating a loving and caring environment for their kids, it can be a scary proposition. Will my child have a good time? Will they be safe? Will the teachers take good care of him/her and give them lots of love? My husband and I had a few false starts with other care providers. And then we found Iliff. From our first tour with Ms Carol, we were warmly greeted with smiling faces and a staff that is out of this world. So many feel like family. Iliff is a special place - never a raised voice of frustration, always willing to listen, and so many instructors that loved my kids. Helen and Chaz have created such a sweet environment that I have always been proud of. I had two kids that went to Iliff and as they make the transition to elementary we are sad to leave (although we will be back for camp!) I am happy to recommend Iliff and all of their staff - a truly amazing family.

Provided by DexKnowsCongratulations…you must be doing something right. I graduated from your kindergarten program in 1975. Now I have a preschooler and wish that I lived closer to you. I must tell you, I have wonderful memories of the airplane and still have all the pictures, too! - Donalee Peters, Westminster, CO
