Used one of there trailers the doors came open and within 30 minutes my son lost 500.00 worth of clothes and xbox. They went and retraced there steps we put an ad on craiglist.Some dishonest person got my sons stuff Uhaul denied claim. I had proof and when i bought the clothes and xbox and everything i was asking for. They denied it. Uhaul does not care they had a faulty trailer and refuse to admit. I had to close an account because of this loss. Will never ever rent or use them again.
