had been waiting weeks to taste the royal stir fry.. I ordered my food at 9:45p.m the delivery driver went to the wrong hotel.(I gave them the right address like six times to six different while I was in hold for 10min just trying to order the food) than once he got to the right hotel he claimed that the elevator wouldn't come to the 16th floor . (which wasn't true). a refund wasn't given... seem Like the workers tried their hardest NOT to give me a refund and they were so unapologetic ..Any who once my food arrived at 11:47p.m it was ice cold and had to be reheated .. then to make it even worse it tasted like straight up soy sauce.. wasn't much flavor at all. #justmyexperience

They have thee worst customer service. I spoke to Julie the manager/owner who told me the customer is always right but they never are. This is after they messed up the order which she told me I as the customer gave wrong. How do you say alfredo with broccoli no chicken wrong and get alfredo with broccoli and chicken???? She said that was my fault as the customer. If that is not enough, she was rude and kept cutting me off when i was speaking, full of excuses about the inabilities of her and her staff, lies by telling me she was the manager then saying owner, and utterly disrespectful. As a restaurant, their food is ok but prices have gone up more then the food is worth. I work for a large company downtown Detroit, this company is know for being late on deliveries. If you are planning an event and need a caterer, you may want to think twice before using this company. When they are late or the order is incorrect or more than they tell you over the phone, you will get excuses, lies, and just a whole lot of mess.
