Cheap lot rent, but only move in if you're prepared to maintain your lawn 24/7. I've gotten notices to mow my lawn only 2 days after having cut the grass. I suppose they try to keep it nice, but in my opinion, and the opinion of several other tenants, they are way too up tight about the lawn. Very strict rules to living here. They also only leave notices, they won't actually talk to you about the problem. I've had the door open and been sitting in view and they've just stuck a notice to the door and moved on. It's a nice place, but I as soon as I can afford another place I'll be leaving.
