Bayard has been my pharmacy since shortly after it opened in Dover. The Pharmacist, Erik Mabus, and his staff are always helpful and polite, and they always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I get my refills when needed. You just cannot beat the service you get from a neighborhood business, and Bayard Pharmacy is proof of that. Erik and Jenny are also very involved with the local community and are really making a difference helping to improve downtown Dover. There is parking right beside the Pharmacy, but you need to enter the lot on North Street.

Was excited to hear that Erik was going to open his own pharmacy, was more than excited when I went in. Erik handled transferring my prescriptions from my previous pharmacy ( a national chain with long lines teenagers working the counter, very little customer service...you know what I mean) my co pays are the same and I can have my prescriptions delivered for FREE to my home or I am sure they would deliver to an office as well. Parking is plentiful, and with free delivery not really an issue. Also as I looked around the store I was shocked to see prices at Bayard less than what I pay at Wal-Mart. These items were not some knock off brand I mean the exact same item...one item was a dollar less than Wal-Mart. Many of us in Dover are always complaining about not having good stores...well we finally have a real home town pharmacy that has better service than the big national chains....let's all support them. Looks like there us hope for downtown Dover after all.
