I had a very pleasant experience, the job they performed was on a rental property in Bolingbrook and their Guy Mark was able to get out and look at the job on a Tuesday and schedule the work to be done the very next day. perma seal ended up saving me $1250 from another local plumber who over quoted what the job required. best part was the great communication AND the explanation of what they were doing. clean up was also done well in the work area.

PermaSeal is very effective at what they do. My basement hasn't been wet since they put in the new sump pump. They were honest that all I needed was a sump pump - it saved me a lot of money from another company that wanted to excavate my foundation.

Permaseal put in a drain tile system under the floor of my basement several years ago. This successfully kept water off of my floor. Only problem was I had mold growing on my walls years later. Then they tried to charge me for a service where they come out and inspect everything. No thanks. I ended up replacing the whole system with another company.
