My husband and I were very satisfied with the inspection services provided by our inspector through Home Inspections LLC. Our inspection went smoothly and our inspector, James, was very kind, patient, and courteous. We were all surprised to see that the seller was actually working on the home upon our arrival for the inspection. Our inspector not only handled the situation respectfully but used that unexpected opportunity to advocate for our needs and to converse with the seller regarding past home repair work. He provided explanations for many of his notations and recommendations, and took the time to teach us valuable information throughout the two hours. As first time home buyers, this was extremely helpful and we truly appreciated his style! We would happily recommend Home Inspections to anyone looking for a friendly and thorough experience.
