Really helped me out while traveling with my family… friendly fast and very kind … arraigned to find pet friendly hotel and fixed our car first thing next am … very happy and hotel even had a pool for the kids to play while walited …. Thank you … military business

This is the WORST experience I have ever had!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CROPPERS!!! They are thieves!!! Jeff is a Liar! I was ticketed in my marked parking space for no Town of Dumfries Sticker. I just moved there 5/28/16 10 days prior. Clear as day in my HOA Docs says 30 days to get all required stickers and if not complied with by the 30 days will be given a warning with 5 days to get any required sticker. The ticket is dated 6/7/16 (today) my car was towed $160 they refused to release my car without paying. I had my lease and HOA documents and they still refused to release my car without the $160!! Thieves!! Worst experience ever!!

Croppers has very poor customer service. Ignored me. Did not acknowledge what was going on. Btw, called the police after the Jason or Tommy stated I had my gun on me. I had retrieve my weapon form the floor board of my car. Croppers had towed my for $125. No other good reason. I was parked at a shopping center for 2 hours. The lady called 911. Dumfries and Prince William Co police arrived. The complaint was a black man about 6’ tall with a gun. very dangerous oooh! Croppers is a bigoted run business!
