Have always had great experience there. Kelly does know his business and does a great job. The selection and options are first class.

Absolutely the worst customer service and frankly if your name is on the sign out front you would think Kelly would give some kind of customer service right, Wrong!!!! My husband got decal for his truck they promised him that it would be done last Wednesday and well let's just say it looked like CRAP? They had to redo decal because they didnt get it right first time. You would think if their machines weren't working right they would have at least called to let us know the truck would be done bit again WRONG!! We told Kelly just forget about it and give our money back because obviously he doesn't know how to run or do business he went to back after that and locked the door said it would be done in 15 mins after he had already had the truck since 8 in the morning and it was now 5pm. He rushed thru it and now still looks like crap air bubbles everywhere. So do not use Kelly's trim shop waste of time and money.

DISHONEST! Completely misrepresents abilities. This shop cannot repair dings....I have three additional dings from their efforts on my drivers side door. This shop cannot adequately repair small tears on a convertible top....looks like Elmer's glue. This shop cannot be trusted to detail ....they will soak your spark plugs and blame it on your battery.

I've also learned to check my mileage before and after I take it in anywhere from now on.

Five days without a car and over $200.00 just to feel completely violated! I would give no stars were that an option.

Took my truck back three times and the tint still isn't right! Horrible shop!

Slightly more expensive than other shops, but worth the extra penny due to customer service, warranties, speed of the job, and overall quality of the work performed.
