I had my baby shower at the Bella Vista. The venue is gorgeous and the shower turned out great! The location was perfect and I loved the experience, i couldnt have asked for a better turnout. The review below me was given for my event by a guest. The information she gave wasnt accurate.The restrooms were made available she just misunderstood what the lady told her. It was my idea to eat cake and ice cream outside out of common courtesy(she has carpet). She didn't ask us to check for dirt on our shoes BUT even if she had I would have understood. It's common courtesy to either take your shoes off or check them before walking into anyone's home/bussiness. She made a suggestion to me and my fiance about how pretty and convenient it would be to place the gifts on the floor in the center of the room. So she was just being nice by showing us where we could put the gifts. (I thought it was perfect, it was in the center of the room so everyone could see us open gifts). And she didn't have us pay 100$ for being there early even though I forgot to call her and tell her we would be there an hour earlier than we agreed upon originally. She was a lovely and reasonable lady to do business with and I would recommend her venue to anyone!!(:

Worse possible choice ever. Couldn't even use the restroom in the room we rented, had to go outside. Had to check our shoes for dirt and etc. before stepping on carpet. Couldn't put gifts on carpet. Had to eat cake outside. Never using this business again. Paid $300 for 2 hours. Then was charged another $100 for getting there early to decorate.

Amazon wedding venue. My daughter was married here and it all turned out perfect. Thanks to management for helpfulness, professionalism and knowledge. We could not have asked for more. Definitely recommend.

Wow! I was at the wedding in May 22 at Bella Vista. I was amazed that we were greeted by helpful parking attendants with umbrellas for us AND we were allowed to park on the front concrete drive just 50 or less steps to the front door. did anyone notice that it rained over 25 inches in May in Oklahoma!!! I was so thankful that we didn't have to worry about getting stuck or having to walk in the mud and rain. As for me, I was asked for my keys so the parking attendant could move my car out for another to leave. The management of the parking was a little inconvenient for those who wanted to rush to somewhere else but with the record breaking flood, I thought they did a great job. Kudos for the parking coordination plan.

While attending a wedding at this venue, the rain was quite intense. It was a beautiful ceremony except for the fact that the owner/manager of Bella Vista was RUDE. She demanded that everyone park their vehicles in a giant cluster, leaving no way for anyone who didn't plan to stay to the very end of the reception a way to leave. When I asked the woman what time she planned on having everyone move their cars in order for ANYONE to leave, she responded with, "You can wait until the end. I didn't want any one to ruin the lawn so we HAD to park this way." It was unprofessional and rude. For my friends who paid for this event to be held here, I assume that parking was included... I hope they get an apology for the major inconvenience they caused everyone that attended.
