Provided by DexKnowsWe recently moved into a Home in Orange County.The septic tank was found to be cracked duringa pre-closing sale. This was in January. Theindividual selling the house had McFarland toreplace the tank so that it would pass OrangeCounty inspection before closing. (It seems thatMcFarland does his own inspection so there was noproblem with getting his own installation passed!)All contractors having performed any work on thedwelling were paid at or before the closing. Itwas discovered shortly thereafter that the dirtaround the new septic tank was sinking around threesides of the tank and that the top and top edges ofthe tank itself were not only exposed but were abovegrade level so that the tank at one end was aboveground and clearly visible.Numerous telephone calls from our Realtor to theMcFarland office went unreturned until early May.As the work was contracted and paid by the previousowner I did not involve my self directly with theMcFarland company but depended upon our Realtor tocont
