I have been trying to get a quote from these people over the last three months and when I finally get someone to call me back, just the other day, they had the gall to say "sometimes there aren't enough hours in a day". What kind of company takes 3 months to get a quote to a customer for possible business in this day and age? My husband got slightly heated under the collar and said a few unkind words and the kid just said " Well, Mr ----, I guess we shouldn't do business together". This kid doesn't know that without customers their business is bound to fail. Need to look elsewhere for the product we have been searching for.
