Maureen has been very friendly and helpful every time I have called the office. On Friday, August 7th my rental property called with a leaking water heater. She was very helpful in getting a service rep. to the property in 1/2 hour from the time I called. I feel customer service is a big part of any business and Lancaster Heating & Plumbing should be proud to have Maureen on staff.

I appreciated the quick and friendly service that was given to me by Rich on Friday, August 7th when my rental property water heater started to leak. He was there in less than 1/2 hour after I called the office. The problem was quickly accessed and solution was made that we needed a new water heater. A new water heater was delivered by Abel and the job was completed in a timely manner. We have used Lancaster Plumbing and Heating for quite a few years and I am very satisfied with their service, and have recommended them to friends.
Dan S was prompt, professional and proficient. Did a great job, tested my water hardness, made recommendations, was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
We had a myriad of problems with our Bryant Air Conditioner. Maris quickly diagnosed the problems and kept me updated on the parts and solutions needed. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and didn't take a break until the unit was fixed (3-1/2 hours). I feel very fortunate that LPH could come out so quickly on a Friday afternoon as it could have made for a very long, hot weekend without any AC!!

Very impressed with the job that Aaron at LP &H did at our home. We needed a new hot water heater ASAP and they were able to accommodate us with a fair price within hours of our call. Aaron was thorough and respectful and we were more than pleased with the job he didl. We recommend LP&H for your plumbing and heating needs.

Drain was clogged, they cleared it quickly, cleanly, and professionally.
Lancaster Plumbing & Heating keeps hitting it out of the park! I am SO glad I'm on their annual plan. Worth every penny. Wonderful service (again) this time by Kevin Jones on a Saturday plumbing emergency regarding an icemaker leak into the floor below. He had it fixed in a snap. I'm spreading the word in the neighborhood about the good work you all do and I hope that anyone reading this review doesn't hesitate to call you if they need AC, heat or plumbing work done. Excellent job as always- and thank you!! And great job on the phone response on a Saturday!

Excellent service! To start, Aaron was right on time! He took the time to listen to my problem and issue, completed the job thoroughly and efficiently, and double-checked everything to ensure that it was working properly. I liked the service so much I signed on to one of their service plans. In addition, they have a very customer friendly office staff. When I initially called the company, I knew right away that they were a great organization by the friendly and pleasant office staff. I highly recommend Lancaster Plaumbing and Heating.
Mark's knowledge was exceptional and he explained thoroughly what the problem is and the choices to resolve the issue

Mark came to our rescue this evening when our air conditioner stopped working. He arrived shortly after we called Lancaster Plumbing & Heating, and worked for 2 hours in the dark to repair the broken unit. Mark was extremely friendly, and also didn't mind our two barking dogs. We are very happy with the service we received, and would recommend Mark and Lancaster Plumbing & Heating to others in need of repairs!

I was very impressed with Andrew and Rich's professionalism and knowledge. They installed my water heater efficiently and neatly. When they were done they cleaned up any mess that was left. When they were finished they checked to make sure there was no leaks or other problems. Thank You very much.

This was the first time I used LP&H services. Chris from LP&H was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable that he knew what was wrong and what needed to be done! He didn't try to 'sell' me something; he provided me with excellent insight on options to avoid this issue in the future. He was also quick to provide me with estimates and comparisons - which I appreciate! Overall, I found the work to be a little pricey, however, it is guaranteed for one (1) year. Also, I received a reduced service call rate for being a first time customer, which was a nice surprise. They also offer numerous coupons on their website. Finally, Chris used 'shoe covers'; I am grateful that each time he went outside to his van, he took the covers off and replaced them before entering my home. Thank you! not many repairmen think of that! Thank you Chris!
