Just picked up my new glasses from SVS Livonia store on middlebelt rd. This is the second time I have purchased glasses from the same store. I was extremely happy from start to finish especially since I was late for my appointment because of my disability's and the Dr. who did the exam postponed his lunch hr to wait for me to get there to me that shows care concern and compassion for his clients and then the very kind lady who helped me pick out my frames and the whole procedure was wonderful. Also since I need a special lens for my left eye was told it may take up to 14 days,but instead only one week to the day I have my new glasses and I can see again.Bad part I know can see how dirty the house is but that's ok. Just wanted to say I am very grateful to the professionalism of SVS and will be a life long client. Ron from Livonia Michigan

a former boss of mine once remarked "no one ever calls the building supervisor to tell him the A/C is working" . So seeing one negative comment I was compelled to for the first time ever,to write a comment. I have been an owner of Foerin cars for the last 40 years, and for the first time since 1967, I purchased an HHR (used) from Paul Masse in 2008, so pleased with the service and utility of the vehicle I traded it for a 2010 (HHR SS). Service costs have been minimal (oil changes) . I highly recomend this dealership.
