I contacted Patrick McCall to have paperwork served in NY. We exchanged emails back and forth, however, once I sent the paperwork, I have not heard back from him. I have sent countless emails and a few voicemails. Very disappointing.
I called for them for same day service after calling a few other company's who said it was too late in the day, I emailed over my papers, paid with my debit card and within 6 hours they had my tenant served. Such an easy transaction, I was worried as I only had one day left to serve, but they got the job done.

Hired McCall Group to conduct several background checks on perspective new hires. I was amazed with the results. It is true everyone can make themselves look outstanding on a resume, but What was revealed on one of the background checks showed the real person. The check revealed the person lied about previous employment and had been convicted of stealing from his past job. The small investment in their services helped me in choosing the right person and protecting my buisness.
