I would NEVER suggest that anyone should shop at this kiosk location.I had the misfortune of making a purchase from heli-pro on Wendesday, June 13th. The sales person, Meral, misrepresented her product. She sold me the product and did not tell me that the company does not accept returns for any reason. The product I received was different from the one she showed me. I researched the product on the Internet and discovered that Heli-Pro charges TWICE the Suggested Retail Price of their products. Meral also told me that the helicopter flew 400 feet in the air, and I discovered that it really flies 150 feet in the air. Had I known this, I would not have made this purchase. I returned to Heli-Pro less than 24 hours later and told her that I wanted my money back due them charging me double what the product was worth and misrepresenting the capabilities. She told me that the company policy is no returns and they are so expensive because they have technical support. She then had me talk to her manager, Mustafa on the phone. Mustafa admitted that the product "Can" reach 400 feet in the air, but typically flies at 150 feet. He also said that their prices are their prices. I told him that his sales practice is disgraceful and that I wanted my money back. I was sold a product under false pretenses. He refused to give me my money back or make it right.
