This place has no business etiquette what so ever, I have never seen anything like this. I would highly recommend never doing business with them although the folks out in the field providing services are actually very nice and do a good job.

I contacted this company for an estimate last year and after providing all the details of the mattress type and stains, was provided an estimate with a maximum just in case. When the representative arrived he told me it was twice the amount and that the estimate holds no validity and that the representative doesn't know what they were talking about. After much arguing I agreed to a different price and they did a great job. About a year later, I needed this service again and called the company back and the estimate provided was $120 with addition 15% off, when I asked how high this could go even though we had discussed the details of work needed to be done and what had happened previously he assured me that the maximum possible is $200 but highly unlikely. When they show up before even looking at my mattress I am told $238, so round 2 I get on the phone with the company and try to understand what the misunderstanding is. The person on the phone tells me he told me $238. End of story this company is operating on fraud.
