We love, love, love Sheps. We used to take our dogs to a retail pet store, but like the other posters said, the prices were high and the service was terrible. We used to leave our dogs there and were told to pick them up at a specific time, but they were never ready. Sheps always has the dogs ready when they say they will. They also take a lot of care with our older dog and have him ready sooner so that he does not get stressed out by being away from home. I highly recommend them !!

We bring our three cats to Sheps because the Service is Excellent. Sheps staff is always friendy and kind to our pets and to us. Our "Smelly Cats" always come back with a nice, clean, fresh coat. We would not go anywhere else.

For a couple years, I used a groomer, at a retail pet store. The prices were constantly going up, the service was getting poorer and the groomer was always complaining about her job, her hours and about the company. I finally found Sheps and they were the first groomers that took the time to actually give my dog a cut that made her look like the bichon that she is. Their prices are very reasonable. I was paying $60 at the retail pet store and Sheps was much lower. Only downside is that I have to remember to bring cash or a check. One of the ways they keep the prices down is by not accepting credit cards.

This place is great! I took my puppy to a local pet retailer to have her hair and nails cut, and when I returned they hadn't done anything but give my puppy a bath because my puppy was nervous and would not sit still, and they still charged me for work they didn't do. I found this place online explained my ordeal, they took me right away, they were friendly, professional, and VERY VERY knowledgeable. The calmed my puppy and had her hair and nails cut in no time. They said they had been doing this for 20+ years and it shows!!!! They did a great job! I highly recommend them!!!!!

Shep's is a GREAT pet salon. Gail is wonderful, and help she gave me many tips on how to care for my cats. Gail was so professional that my cats were very relax thru the whole process. Shep's also has very reasonable pricing too.
