I wanted to buy glasses elsewhere, and when I asked for my full prescription they left out parts necessary to buy the glasses. When I called and asked for the information, they said that they "couldn't give out that information" because I wasn't buying my glasses from them, when it was my own prescription information!!

I was deeply mortified by the customer service (or should i say lack thereof) from the doctor and the office manager. The doctor was dismissive, agitated and downright nasty. And when I had issues with my contacts, no one wanted to help! The office manager was just as rude and stated that there was nothing she could do and went right back to filing. I myself work in customer service and would never treat my customers like this!
