Every time I go to this store I am always impressed by how the employees are always willing to help me with whatever I need. They also can answer every question that I have about any game in the store. I recommend this store to any one who enjoys video games.

Went to buy some games and overall it wasn't too bad, but the employees seemed overwhelmed. There was one associate when I was there and it took me about 15 minutes to get help. Not really the employees fault,since they were the only one there they were stick between calls, a line, and people with what I assumed were trade ins. Didn't seem very safe to me, especially since it was me and about 10 others in the store at the time. After the employee got free he came to me and helped, and was very kind and apologized for the delay. Was also very knowledgeable. I would shop here more often but just don't go in expecting to get in and out.
