The Arc of Atlantic County is a private, nonprofit organization that serves children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Founded in 1961, the agency serves approximately 700 individuals. Its residential programs include group homes, supervised apartments and supported living options. The Arc of Atlantic County also provides case management, family support and respite care services. The agency s community-based programs include various recreational and advocacy programs, as well as supported employment services. Its residential programs are approved by the New Jersey Division of Developmental Disabilities.
