I have actually bought multiple vehicles from here as well as my family has. My experience has always been well met and the staff has been very helpful. I have family members that have credit challenges and Gloria answer Leon were still able to help my sister get a car twice over the years. My last car I purchased was about 4 years ago and I am about to be in the market again so I will definitely visit here and look for my next vehicle. Just bought a beautiful 2012 Nissan Maxima SV at East County PreOwned Superstore and I love it! Had a great experience working with Karl and the whole team over there. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Clean auction report, clean CARFAX and great service all the way around. My car is a diamond. WE PURCHASED OUR 2ND CAR FROM EAST COUNTY PREOWNED SUPER STORE TODAY! Our old commuter car finally broke down. I got online and checked out this dealership since this is where we got our new car in 2013. We chose to check out a local Ford dealership right by our house first, 4 hours of MISERY later, we regretted ever going there and finally came BACK to East County Pre-Owned Superstore where we should have started! We went contacted this dealership since we bought our last car here and it was such a wonderful experience. Victor Leamon reached out to us and was so helpful. Answered all my questions on the vehicle that we saw online, took all my information (since it was a different rep than who we last worked with) and welcomed me down anytime. He conveniently communicated via text message too which was fantastic. We finally got out there and everything was so smooth sailing. We had a very strict budget to work with as well as the fact that that our credit wasn't great.

My wife and I were in the market for a reasonably priced practical car and found East County Superstore through Autotrader. When buying a used car there are so many variables that determine what kind of experience you have. For us it definitely helps that we are very happy with the car. But East County Pre-owned superstore and Robert especially deserve some credit as well! The good stuff: Robert (the Internet Manager) was a great sales person to work with. No pressure, no tricks. He did everything right in my book. They also provided free vehicle history reports from 3 different organizations to include Carfax.

Very good experience. I knew which car I wanted to get and how much I could afford. Both Robert and Nick from sales were great at helping me get the deal done painlessly. Also this dealership is vetted through USAA's car buying program so if you're with USAA you'll get along very easily through the process.

Carlos, the manager at the service center, did an amazing job on my car! I purchased my car here the week before (which was also a great experience), and Carlos made sure it was running in tip-top shape! Brakes, alignment- he really took care of me and my car is running flawlessly! Great customer service too... I'll be bringing my car back to Carlos (the service manager) for any other maintenance needs that arise.

I haven purchased lots of cars in my life. This was only my second car and i decided to buy a Acura TL 2012. I had never bought a car on a loan so this was my first installment loan. I was a little nervous but sales person convinced me to purchase this wild black baby. The whole buying process took around an hour and i am happiest driver on the road. My salesman find a very low apr on loan. Only 5% apr with a credit history for less than a year. Great experience. Car engine is an perfect condition.

I've never had so much fun buying a car, nor has it been this easy. Firstly, the salesman that helped me, Ali, was very knowledgeable about cars and did anything he could to help me get a great deal. Secondly, there are so many makes and models to choose from and Ali was very patient in helping me pick a car that was right for me. Also, the dealership was very organized and the managers were nice as well.

I called and found out that the jeep I had wanted was in stock and available. I completed just about everything online and the phone, went in to drive the jeep, loved it! and was out of the dealership in about an hour! I delt with the internet department which was an absolute pleasure to work with! fast and easy. I would highly recommend my close friends and relatives! Thank you!

Overall I feel great dealing with everyone who helped me. The vehicle itself is awesome, but a few minor things could have been fixed before the car was sold. I still have not had a chance to bring back the car for the repair, but I'm hoping to do it soon.
