This is the best theater on the west side. The service they have here is amazing. Eventhough at times it gets busy here they always seem to take care of the customer when it counts. The employees are very nice and caring towards the customer and to their managers. The popcorn they make is very good. Each time I always get fresh popcorn.The building is very nice and they take care of it very well. The presentation of the movie is stunning. The sound is excellent, the video is great and the seats are very comfortable. Which suited for a great movie expirience every time. The Movie posters they have is a wide variety of upcoming movies. If you want the best seat in town go to cinemark west and you won't be disappointed.

I have had bad experiences at all the other theaters in town. But I have always had a great experience in this theater. Their employees are always kind and helpful and their websites is always up to date with the most information. This is the only theater I go to now. I go to the movies every weekend this is the best place for my family and me.
