On Saturday, 5/5/12 I was shopping at the Dutch Broadway Dollar Tree with my mother. My elderly mother left her cart for no more than 5 seconds with her purchases in her cart. Upon her return, her package was gone. My mother quietly reported this to the cashier who waited on her. Within a few minutes, the cashier/manager asked for my mother's receipt, called on a salesperson to retrieve replacements of the articles purchased and gave my mom a full set of replacement items free of charge.! The staff members were kind, very considerate and went way beyond expectations. A 5-star store, at least!
