      Poor quality

      "Bandaid" type mechanics. Been getting ripped off for years. Finally decided to take my xj6 to Jaguar Denver and they were horrified by some of the jobs that had been done. They charge more than a dealer and don't guarantee the work. My advice best advice is, don't trust them.
