      Not a Chance

      Charles not only yelled - yes yelled - at me for not knowing my exact address and only the cross streets, he repeatedly condescendingly called me kiddo. I'm a 30 year old working professional. Then he yelled again when he wanted $75 for the hook up and $3 per mile when Sam quoted a flat $70.
