Had an easy under slab leak. They sent a tech out quickly. Told me they would be back next morning to make the repairs. They called me an hour later stating that they didn't want to get involved. I don't think the tech did a good job explaining what needed to be done to his supervisor. I ended up calling another company. I give them a 3 only because they had the courtesy to call back and cancel.

It's reall not that big a deal and I ended up calling Ray's Plumbing in Punt Gorda. I guess Gem wants the easy money piece of cake jobs only.
