      General Info
      U.S. Castings is a modern full-service aluminum foundry. The company produces castings for commercial, heavy truck, aerospace and semiconductor equipment manufacturers. U.S. Castings is among the leaders in the production of vacuum and pressure tight castings. The company s processes include permanent mold, sand (green and no-bake), lost foam and Vacu-Cast, a high vacuum-integrity castings process that combines engineering and process innovations to produce finished products that are indistinguishable from components produced from a billet or forging. In-house processes include heat treating, machining, powder coating, kitting, assembly and advanced solidification modeling and design. U.S. Castings has its headquarters in Entiat, Wash.
