Their work is sloppy, the customer service is poor and the staff is unprofessional. But more importantly they lack the ability to take responsibility for their actions. I went to them in August after someone side swiped my car while it was parked. The touch screen on my Navigation/radio stopped working shortly after the side swipe. I figured I'd get it fixed all at once. Initially, Collison's Body Shop appeared really accommodating, as they could fit me in a lot sooner than any other shops and provided me with an estimate for my touch screen issue. I dropped my car off on roughly 08/29/16. It took them approximately 17 days to fix. Although they had to remove my radio/navigation and have it shipped to a different state, their teamed appeared to lack communication. When I first agreed to do service with them they said the place they needed to ship it to was in California. Then after following up more than few times trying to get an update they told me it was shipped to a repair place in New York. When I called to get an update they said they were finished with the paint job they were just waiting on my radio/navigation to come back. Another 3 days went by. So I went by the shop and managed to catch Chuck and my car was parked out front with the radio/navigation inside. He seemed to be doing repairs. I asked about the status. He admitted that he had been behind on work, he was working on some Comcast truck, and no-one seems to want to work. He said he still needed to do some priming to the scratch on the driver side of my car. Although upset about them (other staff) lying regarding waiting on my radio/navigation I respected the fact that he gave me a honest explanation. But clearly they all werent on the same page. Once my car was finally ready Danielle their Assistant Manager called me after 4pm to tell me my car was ready to be pick up. I nearly called back right back to say Id be there a little after 5pm to pick my car up and she told me they close at 5pm and I would need to pick it up in the morning (no other alternatives). After I waited over 2 weeks due to their poor staffing they could not stay 20 mins later to convenience me. Needless to say, I left work early to pick my car up and when doing so I expressed my frustration to Danielle and she apologized. I paid, received my keys and proceeded to check out my car. The paint job was great. However the side rear panel didnt appear to be tacked in all the way and my back-up Camera was no longer working. I immediately mentioned my camera concerns to Andy and he said the sensors most likely needed to reboot give it about 24 hours to do so. Im like okay. Next day he called me to follow-up and see if my camera started working again. I confirmed that it had not. He said to bring it back by when I have a chance and they would take a look at it; a plug may be loose. I didnt take it back until 10/12/16. When I took it back I mentioned my concerns about the rear panel sticking out and the frame of my navigation/radio looking to ridged. Mind you, it didnt appear like that prior to me taking my car to them. My radio/Navigation has never been removed. I asked could they smooth it out. Andy proceeded to tell me the rear panel appeared the same as the right passengers side and that the frame was previous damage and there was nothing they could do. Im pretty passive and Im no mechanic so Im like whatever. I let it go and leave my car for them to fix my camera. One day later I get a call saying they fixed the problem with my camera a plug was loose in the back. I went to pick my car up 10/14/16. My camera is working but the frame to my Navigation/Radio is worse than it was before, my vent clip is broken, my air freshener that was in there is on the floor and hood panel in my trunk is hanging. My radio/Navigation looked ridiculous. A complete eye sore. They screwed up my car! I tried to let it go but I could not stand to look at that while driving around. I sent them an email expre
